04 Oct Dussehra Celebrations
Students of Doaba Public School, Dohlron, celebrated Dussehra, the festival of victory of good over evil. The festival was celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm, zeal and ardour to make students understand the significance behind the celebration and also to embrace other traditions and cultures. The students were apprised of the importance of the festival and related values through various engaging activities.
The effigies of Ravana, Kumbhakaran and Meghnath were burnt and students enjoyed the Ramleela.
